Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Col. J. P. Tripathi Nursing College, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all admission and fee-related matters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be processed.

1. Admission Cancellation

Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a written application to the Principal/Admission Office along with the original fee receipt and supporting documents, if applicable.

2. Refund of Fees

Refund of fees shall be governed by the rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the concerned regulatory authorities, affiliating bodies, and the college management from time to time.

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

●  Admission cancellation before the commencement of classes.
●  Withdrawal of admission as per the applicable rules.
●  Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical or banking errors.
●  Cancellation of admission by the institution under exceptional circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise directed by regulatory authorities:

●  Registration Fee
●  Application Processing Fee
●  Admission Form Fee
●  Prospectus Fee
●  Examination Fee (if already remitted)
●  Any fee paid to external agencies or authorities

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval and submission of all required documents. The refund will be made through bank transfer or the original mode of payment, wherever feasible.

5. Online Payment Errors

In case of multiple payments, duplicate transactions, or failed transactions where the amount has been debited from the student's account, the student should immediately notify the college with:

●  Transaction ID
●  Payment Receipt
●  Date of Transaction
●  Bank Details (if required)

After verification, the eligible excess amount will be refunded.

6. Document Requirements

The following documents may be required for refund processing:

●  Written refund application
●  Original fee receipt
●  Admission cancellation request (if applicable)
●  Copy of identity proof
●  Bank account details for refund

7. College Rights

The college reserves the right to verify all refund claims and may reject any request found to be incorrect, incomplete, or not in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.

8. Policy Amendments

Col. J. P. Tripathi Nursing College reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
